Your Conversations page is the place to come when you want to view ongoing text-message chats between clients and employees. But you can also use it to start new conversations yourself.

In this article, we'll show you around the Conversations page and how to send a message to someone who is not listed in your account.

Select Conversations from the left-nav menu.

Let's look at the different parts of your dashboard and how to use them.

Using these three drop-down menus, you're able to filter your conversations by:

A. Contacts on a specific list
B. Employee
C. Date

You can look for past conversations by using the search bar. Plus, you can start new conversations by clicking on the blue new-message icon.

The messaging window is where you can start or continue your client conversations. You're also able to add attachments.

How to text someone who is not in your Rocket Referrals account.

Enter the number of the person you want to text in the search bar.

Click the new message icon.

Select the number from the dropdown to create the conversation.

Type a message to begin the conversation and then press the send icon.

Short and concise messages are recommended when texting.
