By default, Rocket Referrals creates lists of certain key groups of clients for you on your Contacts tab. A good example of this would be your detractors (Scores 0-6). The majority of clients who belong to the detractor group cite poor communication as the primary reason for their unwillingness to recommend the company to a friend of a colleague. An extra personal touch point throughout the year can make the difference between a client becoming a detractor versus being a promoter. 

Improving communication to a list

Enter your Setup Tab

Click Settings within the communication module

Select configuration next to the communication you wish to generate for a list

Select the list you wish to use from the drop down (Contacts must be on this list)

Click save
