Unfortunately there are times such as flooding or national emergency where, if you were to continue sending communication to the affected clients, it would be insensitive to their situation. 

Within Rocket Referrals you are able to create custom lists based on certain criteria, allowing you to then halt communication to people on that list.

See the example below with Hurricane Harvey:

The custom list will be located under the Contacts tab.

Go to the Setup tab and click on Edit communications > Turn on/off & change settings.

From here locate the type of communication you want to temporarily halt communication to. You will need to do this to each type individually. Click on 'Settings' and then locate "Do not send to contacts on this list" and then choose the list you want to temporarily halt. Push save. You can disable this in the future by unselecting the list.
