Text messages are an important way to build better relationships with clients. They're personal, convenient and more immediate than emails or cards. In your account, you'll find a variety of templates tested and proven to get results. However, it's easy to adjust and personalize any of these templates to meet your needs.

This article explains where to find your text message templates in your account and how to customize them.

Text messaging is available to Pro + Text and Pro + Premium customers only.

Where to find your text message templates.

Click Settings on the left-nav menu.




Go to the Communications section on the right and select Configure.




Click on the options menu beside the text communication you want to edit and then select Template.




Select Edit from the template options menu.



Only surveys and reviews currently have texting enabled.


How to customize a text message template.

Select the Text tab.




Customize the content of the text message as needed.




Enable the communication by toggling the switch to on and click Save.
