Go to the Setup Tab on the top of the page> press Client Misc Info

In an open field, type "Language" > in the drop down next to the field select Text > press OK.

Select the Client > press Action tab at the top of the screen> Press Internal

3.1 Press Change Client/Policy

On the left click the Client Misc Info, from here enter the language identifier you have created while setting up your Rocket Referrals account. For ease of use, set the identifier to match the language (e.g. Spanish). This will be the same process regardless of language.

If you have been entering your language identifier in a different location, no problem! We can export that field to Rocket Referrals and change your identifier to make things work. Feel free to email us at help@rocketreferrals.com with any questions.
