The following steps are to create an email integration with your Book of Business, Spouse name and Referral report from Ezlynx. These steps pick up once you have imported all the reports in your account manually.

Go into one of the three reports you are setting up for nightly delivery > press the clock icon in the right hand corner > fill the pop up the way the image is below.



For the Email Address field, you will need to go into your Rocket Referrals account > go to the Setup tab > go into Integrations > select the three dots next to Email Integration > Configure.

Head to the Email Addresses tab > for each report you are setting the delivery for, copy and paste the matching email address into EZLynx. If there are multiple mappings for a report, make sure you use the email address that goes with the most recent report with the correct and updated mapping.



Press Schedule once you have all the fields filled out. Pressing Schedule will kick off the delivery.

Back in Rocket Referrals go to the Setup tab of the email integration > turn the integration switch On. In the email address field, put the email address from which the reports will be sent from in your EZlynx account > Save.
