Hover over the reports tab and select Book of Business



Select Policy Master



Click the gear icon next to Table and select the following criteria



If you do not fill out the customer since date consistently, you will want to ALSO check the customer created date. We recommend moving forward that the customer since date be filled out for the most optimal usage

Click Ok

Click the floppy disk icon to save and fill out the fields as follows



Click Save

Click the download icon in the top right, select CSV (Excel works too), and click Download.



Create a custom field titled "Customer Date Created" by going to the Setup Tab > Custom Fields > Selecting +Add Field.



Have your account manager create this filter on the back-end before importing for the first time.



Map the fields as follows and click next



Click import now



When the import is complete, you will see an overview of the data that was imported.
