Email communications sent to your clients via Rocket Referrals is sent on your behalf. Therefore, they will arrive in your client’s Inbox from the company or a user identified as the sender.

Within each email template you have the option of setting the email to be sent from:

The customer’s primary contact
The company
A specific user

This allows you to customize the sender of each piece of communication. For example, you could set welcome emails to always come from the president of the company - or set testimonial requests to come from the customer’s primary contact.

Please note: If your company is set as the primary contact for a client then email will be sent on behalf of the company.
