How to edit a template and an individual communication

Editing communication templates

Click configure within the settings tab



Access the templates of your desired communication by clicking the 3 dots on the right-side and selecting Template



Edit your active template by clicking the 3 dots on the right-side and selecting Edit



You can make an inactive template by active by clicking the 3 dots on the right-side and selecting Make Active or clicking the green New Template button in the top-left corner



Edit the following fields as needed



A) Changes who your communication is coming from
B) Changes the design on the front of the card
C) Changes the inside-top text of the card
D) Changes what displays on the back of the card
E) Changes the message of the communication

Don't forget to press save at the top


Editing an individual communication

Go into the communications tab



Select the Must Approve folder



Select the communication you wish to edit



Click Edit near the top-right of your screen



Edit the fields as needed and click save
