Sometimes a client may accidentally submit an incorrect score when responding to an NPS survey. In this article, we'll show you how to delete that response and resubmit the correct score.

How to change an NPS survey response.

Go to the Feedback tab and click on Surveys.


Select the survey response you want to edit/delete.




Click Delete Response.




The response is now deleted. To change the score, click on the contact's name.




Find and select the last sent survey on the customer's Rocket Referrals profile.




Right click the correct survey score and open it in a new tab.




Alternatively, you can click on the Schedule communication drop-down menu and choose Survey request to manually send a new survey to your customer.
