There may be occasions when a client accidentally submits an incorrect score when responding to a NPS survey. If this happens, you have the ability to delete the previous response and resubmit the correct score.

Go to the Surveys tab and click on the survey response you want to edit/delete

Click "Delete Response"

The response is now deleted. To change the score, click on the Name of the contact from this screen.

Find and select the last sent survey on the customer's Rocket Referrals profile.

Right-click the correct survey score and open in a new tab and the new survey score will be selected.

Alternatively, you can click on the Schedule Communication dropdown menu and choose survey request to manually send a new survey to your customer.
