In TAM go into the Reports Tab on the left.



On the left side, press Search > Save as User-Defined (under output destination) > Policies Current (under Report Choices)



On the Criteria Tab, select the Lines of Business choice. Move the Commercial Lines over to the selected section



Also, for Record Listings> Only One Per Policy>OK



Go to the Field/Sort Tab> Under the Data File Choices switch between Policy Data and Customer Data to select the fields shown below. Once you have selected these fields, press Save.

Total Commission Amount
Policy Number
Issuing Company
Policy Premium
Policy Status
Lines of Business
Phone
Email address
Customer street
Customer city
Customer state

You will also want to include the field that you keep track of the primary contacts for commercial lines. For Example, Customer Attention, Customer Heading, etc.



Go back to Report Selections> Press the Run button on the top left corner.



For report title put Rocket Referrals Commercial> for Default Output Destination press the little printer icon and select Excel-Raw Data> Press Okay. The system will let you know that your report has been saved successfully.



Go to the User Defined tab on the left side> select User Defined Searches and select the Rocket Referrals Commercial report.  Press the Run button on the top left corner.



Send to send output to temporary file> Press OK.



Once done copying, press Yes to load the excel the excel file.



Once the file has downloaded, save it to your computer. Go into Rocket Referrals> Contacts Tab> press the green Import Contacts dropdown> Upload a New File. Once the file is checked, press the Next button and map the fields from TAM to the fields in Rocket Referrals.

Remember to map the field that you have the names of your key contacts to the Full Name field in Rocket Referrals. For example, Customer Attention being mapped to Full Name below.
