Building Book of Business Report

In your Agency Matrix account, select the Reports tab at the top of the page.



Select Book of Business under the Production section.



Set the criteria for your report.



Under the Structure Selection section, make sure that all relevant Territories, Divisions, Regions, Districts, and Offices are selected.

For Start Date, put in January 1st of the current year, and set the adjacent dropdown menu to This Year.

For End Date, put in December 1st of the current year, and set the adjacent dropdown menu to This Year.

Make sure Policy Status is set to ALL.

Select Run Report.



Select CSV at the top of the page to generate a downloadable report file.





Save the report to your computer by clicking File > Save.

Go into your Rocket Referrals account, and go to your Contacts tab. Press the Green Import Contacts button > Import a new file, Browse for the file, wait for it to upload and press Next. Once on the mapping screen, map your screen as shown below and press Preview Import, and then Looks Good, Finish. MAKE SURE THAT 'ONLY UPDATE EXISTING CONTACTS' IS SELECTED.



Setting Book of Business Report for Automatic Delivery

In your Agency Matrix account, select the Reports tab at the top of the page.

Select Book of Business under the Production section.

Select "Save Reports for Future Use or Schedule Report to Run Automatic" towards the bottom of the page.



Set the scheduled delivery accordingly.



Name the report.

Set Frequency to Daily.

Set Report Type to CSV.

Set Next Run Date for the next morning, and set New Run Hour for at least one hour after the scheduled time for the Customers by Office report you set up previously.

Insert the Rocket Referrals-generated email into the Report Email field.

Select Save.

You will want to make sure that the Customers by Office report is scheduled to be imported BEFORE the Book of Business report each day.
